This position is open as of 2/4/2012.UI Team Lead - Silverlight XAML Developer - WPF - .NET 4.0We are a Houston software product company developing a SaaS product that runs on our clients infrastructure, and business is booming at the end of 2011. We have so many projects, in fact, that we need a team lead with expert level Silverlight experience, to head up UI Development and oversee a team of programmers in a hands on capacity.
••••This position is located in Houston, TX and we will provide relocation assistance!
If you are a UI Team Lead with Silverlight XAML Developer and WPF experience, please read on!
What you need for this position:
- Expert with Silverlight using XAML
- The more WPF experience the better.
-5+ years of C# programming experience.
-MVVM Design experience.
-Prism experience,
- Entity Framework experience.
-Strong skills/ knowledge of Team Foundation Server.
-Strong SQL skills.
-Hands on VS 2010 experience.
- Experience as hands on tech lead
-Bachelor's in Computer Science (Master's preferred)

- Designing and architecting SaaS solutions depending on clients needs.
- Working directly with customers and 3rd party vendors to ensure best practices and technical solutions.
